Got a terrible haircut today. Rushed, not what I wanted at all, uneven. Months of growing it out is now on the floor.

Natalie was awesome! Get the MVP treatment! TIP: Give yourself a few extra minutes, as you aren't making an appointment, but rather putting your name in a queue. It wouldn't be fair to the stylist to have you make an appointment, then not show up, only to lose the opportunity to provide the next "first available" customer's haircut. I don't mind waiting a few minutes, so it's no biggie for me, but I thought I'd mention it since the reviewer below (from 3/6/18) seemed to think they were making an appointment.
