I am new to Reno and was referred to this salon. I have never been to this kind of place before and I really liked it. Stephanie gave me a great haircut, exactly what I wanted. Will be returning.

Sasha is AWESOME... However, the process to book an appoint is not!!! Was not able to log on through my home computer so I called to book an appointment. They are NOT able to make appointments over the phone. That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. It’s a 40 minute drive to get to the shop from our house. When I called there was no wait. Now we are sitting here and along with the 40 minute drive we have a 60 minute wait!!! She is a great stylist but it’s not worth the time. This is the 3rd time we have tried to book online or through the phone app and we always have some type of issue. Sports Clips needs to update their customer service process!
